Jennifer Mason
Jennifer Keadle Mason is a Partner in the law firm of Dinsmore & Shohl, PLLC. She has taken more than 40 cases to trial and argued appellate matters in the State Court of West Virginia, Sixth and Third Circuit courts of appeals. She is also admitted to the U.S. Supreme Court.
In addition to her work with Dinsmore, Jennifer is a Professor of Law at the West Virginia College of Law where she teaches E-Discovery and Cannabis Law. She has been teaching at WVU, and previously Duquesne University College of Law, since 2005.
After returning home to Lewisburg, WV in 2007, Jennifer began working with numerous local charities and initiatives including High Rocks Education, The Hive Business Initiative, and Bimbo Coles & Co Project.

Deb Sizemore
Deb is grassroots leader in community health across the state and brings her authentic passion for improving access to resources at the local level to the Alliance board and task force projects. Her insights related to rural health needs helped shape plans of the Alliance's Asset Mapping and Community Ambassador subcommittees and helped define the Ambassador project success from within her own rural community of Williamsburg. A social worker by profession, Debbie's passion is around community organizing, advocacy, and rural issues. Her clear voice and strong resourcefulness offer a valuable perspective representative of many WV communities. As a founding partner, her commitment to the Alliance planning process and her understanding of rural concerns helped shape the foundation of the Alliance in 2014.

Paula McCoy
Paula is the lead school nurse for Greenbrier County Schools and loves teaching and empowering children and families to take ownership of their health. She promotes making good food choices, avoiding tobacco and other substances, and enjoying physical activity together in our beautiful Greenbrier County. One of her greatest joys is to see a former student become a healthy and prosperous member of our community. Paula graduation from Berea College in Kentucky and she and her husband have two grown children. She grew up in Greenbrier county and spent many hours in Ronceverte and Fort Spring playing on the river and in the dirt, two things she still enjoys doing.

Carma Korman
Carma is a social worker at Robert C. Byrd Clinic where she plays a vital role in helping people navigate the health system and works tirelessly to assist local seniors as they problem solve the daily barriers of life. Carma plays a vital role as a Master Trainer in the Stanford Chronic Disease and Diabetes Self-Management Programs has been leading the way in the dissemination of diabetes self-management outreach for almost 10 years. She has developed a recruitment and referral process for community workshops that is a statewide model. She is also dedicated to the work of geriatric boards and committees to address geriatric issues on a state level. Carma contributed to the 2014 planning group as a co-founder of the Alliance.

Diana Godbey
Diana is a RN who has been employed by Home Care Plus since 1989. She also represents Wellsprings of Greenbrier, Inc. where she is president of the board of directors where over the past 12 years has logged many volunteer hours. She has lived in WV her entire life with over 35 years of outreach experience. She has connections across the county but is particularly committed to the underserved residents on the western end of Greenbrier County and believes that its important for agencies to come together and coordinate efforts to improve community health. Her work as a home health nurse is her mission and a way for her to help others improve their overall quality of life. Diana’s enthusiasm, experience, and commitment were a welcome addition to the Board in Nov. 2015

Tommye Lou Rafes
Tommye Lou Rafes has been committed to community involvement and healthy lifestyles throughout her life. Tommye and her spouse, Richard, moved to Greenbrier County, WV in 2010 where she has been active in the farming industry as a produce grower. Prior to moving to West Virginia Tommye was a public-school educator where she taught hands on learning in the areas of math and science. Richard and Tommye have three daughters and six grandchildren all of whom live in Texas.
Tommye is a Greenbrier County Health Alliance ambassador. She facilitates the Demonstration Garden at Montwell Commons located in downtown Lewisburg. She teaches how to grow fruits and vegetables each Saturday from April through September. Tommye is interested in sustainable food sources and healthy lifestyles for those who live and work in and around Greenbrier County.
Tommye owns and operates T. L. Fruits and Vegetables where she sells produce locally through various farmers markets, local businesses, feeding programs, and a CSA – Community Supported Agriculture weekly delivery subscription. Tommye also owns and operates T. L. Soaps where she sells all-natural handcrafted soaps and other body products to local businesses and online at www.TLSoaps.com -
Elizabeth Reynolds
Elizabeth is a Youth Health Educator for West Virginia University Research Corporation and works for the WVU Food and Nutrition Department through the Greenbrier County Extension Service. She holds a master’s degree in communication studies from West Virginia University. She works closely with the school system and teaches wellness curricula to improve dietary quality, increase food safety, foster food security, and increase physical activity. She also reaches youth and
their families with several public health projects that help to support policy, system, and environmental interventions while increasing the consumption of fruits and vegetables and decreasing the consumption of sugar sweetened beverages.
She is a lifelong resident of the county where she lives on her family farm. DIY projects and being outdoors working in the garden or with flowers are things she enjoys spending her time doing because, “it is rewarding to see the fruits of your labor.” -
